Cancellation Policy
At myHAIRapy Holistic Head Spa, I value your time and mine. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy regarding, cancellations and rescheduling. *Cancellations & Reschedules (24+ hours in Advance): you may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. *Cancellations & Reschedules (Under 24 hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be retained. However, your deposit will be applied to your next appointments balance and a new deposit will be required for your next booking) Total of 2 cancellations will result in your deposit being non refundable. * No-Shows: if you do not show up for your appointment and fail to reschedule your deposit will be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy, as it allows me to provide the best care and availability for all clients. Thank you for your support. *
